Step 1: Submit an Admission Enquiry
Begin the admission process by completing the Admission Enquiry Form available on
our website. Once submitted, our admissions team will contact you to share relevant information and
guide you through the next steps.
Step 2: School Visit / Interaction
Parents are encouraged to visit the school campus to experience the BillabongHigh learning
environment, facilities, and culture first-hand. If a campus visit is not possible, an online
interaction with the admissions team can be arranged.
Step 3: Application Form Submission
After the initial interaction, parents will be requested to complete the Application Form
and submit the required documents. These may include:
- Previous academic records
- Student identification documents
- Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- Any other documents as specified by the Admissions Team
Step 4: Entrance Assessment
Applicants may be required to appear for an age-appropriate Entrance Assessment,
depending on the grade level. The assessment helps us understand the student’s academic readiness

Step 5: Student & Parent Interaction
An interaction with the student and parents may be scheduled to better understand the child’s
interests, strengths, and alignment with the school’s values. This interaction may be conducted
either on campus or online.
Step 6: Admission Decision
Admission decisions are made based on a holistic review of the applicant’s profile, including:
- Entrance assessment results
- Interaction or interview feedback
- Academic records from the previous school
- Grade-level availability
Successful applicants will receive an Offer of Admission from the school.
Step 7: Confirmation of Admission
To confirm the admission, parents are required to:
- Accept the offer within the stipulated timeline
- Complete the admission formalities
